A Visit to Capretta Farms

On Sunday, before we had a little Cinco de Mayo fiesta, we visited Capretta Farms.  This is a dairy goat farm about 30 minutes from us.  They have a beautifully maintained property.  We reached out to them several months ago for information on starting our own goat farm.  They were very friendly and informative and so willing to teach us what they’ve learned.  Recently, they corresponded with us and told us about the latest additions to their herd.  We thought the kiddos would really enjoy seeing the goats, especially the babies, so we coordinated a Sunday afternoon visit.
